Itinerary
Departure from Ahmedabad to Jaisalmer. Meet up at the predefined location in Ahmedabad.
Breakfast on the way (at your own expense). En route, visit the Kuldhara haunted village. Check-in at Sam Desert Campsite after 1:00 PM with Swiss tent allotment, followed by lunch and rest.
Evening thrilling jeep safari (own expense) and camel safari in Sam Desert, with a mesmerizing sunset and photography time. Enjoy a Rajasthani welcome with hi-tea and snacks, cultural dance and DJ at the campsite, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the Swiss tent.
Morning breakfast and check-out from the campsite. Enjoy the thrill of parasailing (at your own expense) on the way to Longewala. Visit the Longewala War Museum and Tanot Mata Temple, then move toward Jaisalmer city. Check-in at the hotel with room allotment and free time to explore, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Free day at Jaisalmer city (till 5:00 PM) to explore its culture and shopping - Gadisar Lake, Jaisalmer Fort, street food, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, Patwon Ki Haveli, Jain Temple, Jaisalmer Market and Bada Bagh.
