This policy summarises how cancellations and refunds work for trips booked with The Trek O Mania Adventures. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment shared with you when you enquire. The balance is due before the trip start date, as per your payment schedule.
2. How to cancel
Please tell us in writing, by WhatsApp or email, as early as possible. A cancellation counts only once we have received it in writing.
3. Cancellation charges
Charges depend on how close to the departure date you cancel. The applicable charges are shared with you in writing when your booking is confirmed.
4. When no refund is given
No refund is given for no-shows, late arrivals, or if you leave a trip voluntarily after it has started.
5. If we cancel
If we cancel a trip because of insufficient group size, natural calamities, government restrictions or other reasons beyond our control, you can choose a full refund or reschedule to a future departure.
6. Itinerary changes
Weather, road closures, local restrictions or safety concerns can require route or schedule changes, as set out in section 3 of our Terms and Conditions.
